Systems designed to trade stocks can be either very simple or very complex, but the most important thing is that the trading system be profitable.

Many of the stock trading systems in use today are designed using technical analysis. Technical analysis basically takes a historical stock data and analyzes it hoping to find repeatable price patterns and tendencies which will allow the trader to more accurately predict future stock price movements.

A stock trading system has a number of distinct advantages for the trader. One advantage is is a trading system may be tested in the test analyze to see how it would have performed on past data. The trading system also eliminates guesswork and thusly helps to control emotions in any uncertainty within the trade.

As much as trading system helps to control the trader’s emotions it is very common for inexperienced traders to second-guess their trading system. I, too, have fallen victim to this when I was a beginning trader and is a costly trap to fall into.

When you have a trading system that you can rely on you have to understand that you must take action on every trading signal in order for your real-time results to more accurately mirror the results of your analysis.

Those who are successful in stock trading already have a thoroughly researched stock trading system and methodically take action on the trading signals it generates. As in any other business that key to long-term success is having and exercising the discipline to follow a well-thought-out plan.

With all the turmoil and volatility that’s been in the markets lately, I have to openly admit that I was apprehensive about the very first stock trading system X. trade that was delivered to us.

We bought C – Citigroup Inc. on the open today and took profit on the trade.  This stock showed over a 15% gain from the open to the close today.

We are going to be keeping a very close eye on this new stock trading system and would like for you to follow along as new trades become available.
